Can I link to your website and/or blog?
Sure you can after you are granted permission! You can request permission under the “Contact” tab, select “Permissions” fill out the form and be sure to include your website or blog’s URL, otherwise NO!  This is to keep the integrity of our brand. The aforementioned does not pertain to any RSS feeds this site provides. RSS feeds can be installed without prior permission.

Can I use a picture you have on your site on my blog or reproduce it in any way?
If it’s the “Fan Pic” of the week yes, other photos you need to be granted permission for that first and you can request permission under the “Contact” tab, select “Permissions” fill out the form and be sure to include your website or blog’s URL along with your need for such, otherwise NO!

Can I embed one or more of your videos on my website or blog?
Sure you can! So long as you place next to the embedded video on your website and/or blog the following:  ”Courtesy of Scotty Nguyen, Inc., All Rights Reserved”.  No editing or revisions are permitted.

There are items available for sale on the internet that claim to have Scotty Nguyen’s autograph on it, can you authenticate it for me?
Sorry, but anything that is not directly acquired through this website/blog cannot be authenticated, unless it is offered from one of the fine companies Scotty Nguyen has done work for. You can find a listing of the companies Scotty Nguyen has done work for on the bottom of this page.

Do I need to login or register to rate your blog posts
No you don’t!  Just click on what you rate it and that’s it!  It’s that simple!

Does my email address get posted in my comment for everyone to see?
No, unless you make it available for everyone by putting it in your comment.

Can I post a link to my website or blog on yours?
No, however feel free to contact us to purchase advertising space. You can request advertising rates under the “Contact” tab, select “Bookings/Endorsements/Advertising” fill out the form and be sure to include your website or blog’s URL that you wish to advertise.

How can I get a surprise phone call from Scotty Nguyen?
You must read and agree to the Terms, and if you do, then under the “Contact” tab, select “Surprise Call” and fill out the form with the requested information you read in the Terms .  From there you just have to wait for Scotty to tweet out about doing to do a surprise call and hopefully you are the lucky one chosen.  Remember that Scotty always tweets out prior to making his surprise call.

When does Scotty Nguyen do his surprise phone calls to his fans?
He will post on Twitter prior to making a surprise phone call.

I’m under 18 years old, can I participate on anything within the website and blog?
No. Under no circumstances.  We, like your parents, wish you would be spending more time and focus on your schooling.  So please exit this site immediately!  Don’t worry, we will still be here after you turn 18.
